FEES
My fee for service is $120 per 1 hour session. I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and HealthChoice. If you plan to use insurance, you will need to verify your benefits/coverage prior to your first appointment. For tips verifying coverage, please refer to the section below.
I use a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform that allows for PAPERLESS INTAKES. After we schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with a link to your patient portal.
INSURANCE
If you plan to use insurance, please read this first...
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You can verify your coverage by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card. You will need to ask the following questions:

Do I have behavioral or mental health insurance benefits for billing code 90837?

What is my responsibility/portion for a 60-minute session?

What is my deductible, and has it been met?

Do I have a copay for an in-office behavioral health appointment, and if so, how much is it?

How many sessions per year does my policy allow?
If you are unable to verify coverage prior to your first appointment, you will be charged $100 for your first session until benefits are confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment and have not given 24 hours notice in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
